“Dr. Juergens is the perfect blend of heart, honesty and humor. She connects with her learners immediately by being down-to-earth and a keen listener. As part of her department, she listens and helps to foster an environment of continuous quality improvement. She is an excellent communicator and ensures that the implicit becomes explicit so that we are all on the same page and can work as a team.

No matter how busy she is, she finds the time to care so deeply about her trainees. She is an excellent example of balancing her home life with her husband and two children.
