Welcome Dr. Shreyash Dalmia, Malignant Hematologist

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Shreyash Dalmia in the Department of Oncology at McMaster University as Assistant Professor and Hamilton Health Sciences as a hematologist specializing in the treatment of malignant blood disorders with a focus on leukemia and myeloproliferative neoplasms at the Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre, effective January 8, 2025.

Dr. Dalmia earned his MD at McMaster University (2018). He completed his Internal Medicine residency training (2021) and Hematology residency training at McMaster University (2023). He recently completed a Malignant Hematology Fellowship at McMaster University while simultaneously completing the Royal College Clinician Educator Diploma and Master of Applied Science in Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Dr. Dalmia’s research interests include education and quality improvement. He will be actively involved in educational activities, including the supervision of residents, clinical research fellows, and undergraduate medical students.
